mohamed el Ouardi, 38ans
Doctor in private law from Hassan Premier University in Settat defended in February 2021. At the same time, he was admitted to the Casablanca Bar in 2011.
Having started his professional career at Cabinet Bensghir, Mohamed Elouardi has acquired a humble experience in real estate, social, administrative and criminal litigation as well as in matters of enforcement. Within Cabinet Hajji et Associés, he is responsible for the management of litigation files and participation in the follow-up of consulting files in various legal matters, particularly in business law, civil law, companies, health law, intellectual property law, before joining Fatima Ezzahra Halhaly for the creation of the Firm in 2016.

Fatima EzzahraHalhaly, the founder of the firm is a graduated of a Master Degree in Business Law from Hassane II University.
She also obtained a Professional Diploma in Arbitration from the International Commercial Club of Arbitration’s Judges in 2013, and a Diploma in Electronic Law in 2014. She joined the Casablanca Bar Association in 2011.
Young, dynamic and having a developed sense of customer relationship, she started her professional career at Halhaly Mohamed Law Firm where she acquired a great experience in litigation and enforcement. At Kettani & Associates, she has been in charge of managing litigation files in various legal matters, including commercial, corporate, criminal, banking and finance law, real estate and construction, labor and family law
